            her brow seems to raise as she noticed a small smile start to form on the corner of his lips  ,  which  ,  made her chuckle to herself truthfully  —  as did his words  .  “  well  ,  i’ve got to be honest  —  anything is better than being a cop  ,  don’t you think  ?  ”  she asks  ,  another faint chuckle falling from her lips as she tucks a strand of her long chocolate brown hair behind her ears  .  “  so i can’t blame you for thinking that  ,  really  .  ”  she wrinkles her nose in the slightest  ,  “  though  ,  still not my  /  favorite  /  people  ,  if i’m being quite honest  .  ”
