the ministry of magic that harry always talks about is the british ministry. but why when the world cup happens, the only minister who talks is fudge not the bulgarian minister. and why is it only in english if it is the World cup? shouldn't it be in all languages like the olympics? I'm confused. in the fith book are the other ministers doing things about the dark lord? someone explain this to me. I'm confused

Ooo ok so if all of the students have the option to brjng a cat to hogwarts then imagjne how many of them do that. There are probably 100 students in each year for all of the housez combined. Per year. Thats probably like 20 cats per year. There are seven years. 140 cats roaming hogwarts and the grounds. Just hope theyre all fixed cause damn. And hopefully they all know how to use a litter box. Cause filch only scoops one litterbox anc its mrs norris. Alright but is there like an cattery or somshit. And who opens the door for the cats. If youve ever had a cat its always jn and out and in and out. The portrait lady would bs so mad.

Im just slightly confused as to why the entire fandom loves draco but hates pansy. I mean knowing the reasoning behind it there are so many flaws. Its cause draco only does horible things cause he was told to, and pansy is s fucking racist. Really though, draco is just as much racist as pansy, so why do we live him. Cause he doesnt mean it. His life has been so hard that he doesnt have a choice to please his parents. But honestly i think that pansys home is just as fuckdd up as dracos. She has been told to say those things to get dracos attention on behave of her parents. Not many people especially death eatef children actually beleive in the cause, tske sirius or draco. Just because we dont see her life isnt shown doesnt mean its not happening. Just think and ptove me wrong

Hii I was trying to write chapter 17 of my story wildflowers, and an idea came from me. Go read that chapter now if you have not yet, and you kind of need to read the rest of the story before we continue with this so go do that now.
I am going to talk about death. specifically what happens in the Harry Potter universe when people die. as we know, harry does technically die, fight with me, he's dead. but he goes to King's Cross station and talks to Dumbledore. Now, one of the few things that JK did that I like in her books. and I thought, YES AND!! so my theory is that everyone goes to the point in their life where they faced a crossroads of a turning point, or more specifically the place that this happened. For Harry, this means king's cross, and for Ginny, I think it means the hill where they take the portkey to the quidditch world cup.
and then they meet their mentor, or the person that they most need to see at that moment. Harry sees Dumbledore because he needs answers, Ginny sees luna because she needs comfort. there, you can have a conversation with that person. I
Then things get confusing. Dumbledore says that if harry wants to not come back he could get on a train and leave forever. I think that Luna would tell Ginny the same thing but with a portkey. This place that they are in, different for every person, is the place where they make their choice. when people die they get to choose whether to go back to life or go on. but neither harry nor ginny are ghosts when they come back so I think there is another choice that you get to make after you decide that you are really dead. and then if you go back you are a ghost. This is all super complicated but I also really like this theory. let me know if you want me to speculate about other death things!

2 am last night and I was reading Harry Potter. I came up with this theory.

So in the books, Harry asks Nick what happens when you die, and Nick says, "I cannot answer because I was afraid of death" As we know the Hogwarts ghosts represent each of the houses so Nick is for Gryffindor. But since he is scared of death then he might not be all that brave. Which would make him not a very good Gryffindor, and therefore not a good representative of the house.
You might ask why couldn't he be replaced, surely there are more Gryffindor ghosts. But if Gryffindors are so brave then they wouldn't be afraid of death. The rest of them would have "gone on" just like Sirius Black did. So Nearly Headless Nick might be the only Gryffindor ghost in the entire castle. I can picture all of the other Ghosts being afraid of death or wanting to see loved ones again, but not a Gryffindor.

Also, I am not a Gryffindor, I really don't like Gryffindors, but I did have this thought. It would definitely explain a lot.
