                 Cassandra raised her phone, giving it a slight wave with the screen turned toward the other woman. “This profiler told me something different… but you might be right,” she said, her tone softening. “You don’t seem like the person I’m looking for. I apologize…” She glanced down at the screen to confirm the name. “Ms. Pierce.”

            John stood up rubbing his wrists slightly with a silent nod he turned to leave. However before he could get to the door it swung open. Several assassins charged at him as john went on the defensive.

                 She sat in silence for a moment, debating whether or not to let the man go. Truthfully, he was safer here than out in the city—the warehouse was heavily rigged with traps and stayed that way, even when she was home. Still, she valued her solitude and preferred not to have anyone around. With that thought, she slid off the table, pulled a pocket knife from her belt, and cut the ropes binding him.
            
                 “Alright, I’ll look into this ring. You’re free to go. Just don’t come back unless you’ve got a lead—then I might actually appreciate the visit.”

            "All I have is last known location I do not have much to give you......I'm kind of being hunted at the moment." He replied softly hoping that would be good enough for her right now. But I was the truth since he had been dealing with countless assassins up to this point.
