          So as previously mentioned, my fic might be taken down by the AI Mods for the reasons I’ve listed prior.
          
          The thought has occurred to me in this moment to unpublish the book and remove the *explicit* parts to ensure that you all still get to enjoy it, to a certain degree. While the original copy is available still on AO3 for download!!

          so, not sure if most of you are aware but there are new guild lines coming with an update on the 14th of April and part of that includes the removal of stories that contain s*dual acts between two people under the age of 18.
          
          As some of you may know (spoiler for THYC) that two of my characters start engaging in s*dual acts with one another over the age of 16, which, is the legal age of consent in the UK.
          
          As Wattpad will be using an AI tool to flag the content and remove any stories that trip its sensors so to speak without any notice of removal.
          
          It’s crappy, but I can see why they’ve done it.
          
          They have to make the writers accountable for their words and descriptions to set a precedent, and I agree with that wholeheartedly and would never ever condone anyone to involve themselves in anything if they’re too young to do so and that includes in writing. 
          
          I want to make you all aware in the event that To Hold You Close has been taken down from Wattpad that it is available on AO3 and I hope to soon have it available on tumblr too. 
          
          I have a linktree in my bio to take you to my other places and if I find any more I will update it.
          
          But I have an obligatory link to share about any of you who may be thinking of moving to AO3.
          It is an archive first and foremost, not a social media platform, there are no announcements, no apps and no notifications aside from emails telling you when your bookmarks have updated.
