I think that if your parental guardian genuinely makes you contemplate suicide, and you've asked for help and haven't gotten any, that you have the right to leave. Like,, you should have the right to just dip and take them out of your life. Can you do that? Can I do that? Like, is there a way?

I think it depends solely on the survivor’s situation. If they’re in a place where they have outside help or have resources available then yes, leave!! If you’d be in more danger leaving than staying, then don’t go until you’re ready. But there’s a lot of gray area when it comes to things like this because even if you weigh consequences, sometimes they don’t even matter. For some people, they just need safety, and that safety is away from whoever is hurting them so... if this is happening to you then please, try and contact somebody you’re close to for a place to stay, and make sure to look into the laws in your state/country about running away (if you’re underage). Please keep safe and keep your chin up! You’re worth being alive and even more so, happy <3
