It's okay to have some cheese on your breakfast sandwich. It's okay to put some dressing on your salad. It's okay to butter your toast. It's okay to have lots of fruit. It's okay to have a peanut butter sandwich. It's okay to eat pasta. It's okay to salt your food. Don't listen to the people who act like adding these things to your food or eating this things takes away from the nutritional value of the rest of the food. Because it doesn't. Having some cheese doesn't make the protein of the egg or bacon on your breakfast sandwich any less healthy for you. Salting your potatoes doesn't take away the complex carbs that your body needs. Eating fruits that have lots of natural sugars doesn't make their fiber and minerals less essential. Don't restrict yourself from the foods you love

Here are some ways to eat toasted bagels that are super healthy and even more delicious :] 1. Blend up some frozen strawberries with neufchâtel or cream cheese and spread that on the bagel with some shaved coconut on top 2. Mix minced jalapeño, bell peppers, and tomatoes with neufchâtel or cream cheese and spread that on it 3. Top it with blueberry neufchâtel or cream cheese and add sliced cucumber 4. Slap on some good old peanut or almond butter :)
