no because i was one of those "i'll die but never stan kpop" kinda kids and now i walk around with a namjoon photocard like it's my engagement ring- ☠️ but the thrill of joining fandoms is adorable in my opinion. i believe you get more exposure to a certain person or personality or culture and you can mingle that with your own and get to know a lot about the world. it's almost like meeting a new friend and immediately realising that you have a connection with them. a genuine connection like fr i miss my horror movie phase when i was in the it and scream fandoms. those were great days as well
