"that's kind of the point though?  I thought you'd like the visual.  fits your  ..  well  ,  you."  it wasn't like brick's fights were gentle  ,  to say the least.  every time he could convince brick to let him go and watch he was presented with a violent and bloody battle.  it was always cool to see  ,  even if he complained the whole way home about stains.  "red's basically your color.  I think you should copyright it  —  it belongs to you at this point."

@B00MR-             *he scrunched his eyebrows ,, with a confused expression fixed on his face .   brick looks over at boomer momentarily before focusing on the drawing ,, now having a better idea of what it is. now with the context ,, brick couldn’t deny— internally at least ,, that it was kind of a badass drawing. he actually thought it was pretty cool. though he’d never want to admit that. he scoffs ,, looking unenthusiastic at boomer ]             you should’ve added other colors or something .        this looks like a blood splat or whatever .

            "you're holdin' it upside down  ..  "  he mumbled while tugging the paper out of the other's hands.  he may have been the one to hand it to him that way  ,  but that wasn't the point.  "there  —  it's a drawing  ..  of you.  someone got a cool pic of you practicing so I sketched it.  it's just  ..  all in red  ,  so it's harder to see the shape of it.  it's stupid  ,  I know  ..  "

"don't be like that!  she wasn't being mean.  she's just a baby  ,  you're probably interesting to her."  he brought the feline close to his chest again.  a creature so small that it fit into his palm  ..  "she's gonna die if we just put her outside.  cant we at least wait until morning?  I'll take her to a shelter then."

@B00MR-              [ he look at his brother completely unamused ,, not budging. his eyes locked with the kitten ,, he could see that cats pupils dilate as he continued to stare. his mouth hung slightly opened ,, not even able to form a word until the kitten grabbed and nipped at his face. he steps back ,, completely annoyed]         she’s being abandoned again .         i’ll kick her out myself ,, literally .         you’ll be the next to go . 

"but briick  ..  "  he whined while picking up the small kitten.  "look at her  ,  brick.  look her in the eyes and tell her you're kicking her out.  her barely open eyes because she's a newborn who was left in a   /  box  /.  go on  ..  "  his eyes widened as he teared up  —  an act  ,  but genuine all the same.  "tell her she's being abandoned again."
