I am a mother and grandmother, who has recently become disabled. I used to be very active, I loved fishing, and camping, and taking my dogs on walks on different trails. Due to my disability I have been unable to do any of the things I once loved and it has caused me to go into a pretty deep depression. My therapist wanted me to start journaling, well that was only reminding me of all of the things I could no longer do, so my youngest daughter, who is only 14, convinced me to sign up for this. Mostly because I read about a book a day, so she thought it would be a great place to find new things for me to read, but she also thought maybe it would help me to try writing something. This is my first attempt at anything like this so it may take awhile to find my niche, reading has always been a passion of mine. I have been a Stephen King fan since I was in grade school if you can believe that. Anne Rice is another favorite of mine, along with Lisa Gardner, L.J. Smith, and over the last few years I have found several lesser known authors I just adore, Lola St.Vil, Quinn Loftis, Ednah Walters, Nicky Charles, Sarra Cannon, and Desni Dantone to name a few. If you like paranormal novels and have never read any of these authors, I highly recommend you check them out. 
I don't know how my first few attempts will go but I hope that we can grow together and hope that as readers you will leave me helpful advice along the way. I will try to update regularly, however please bare with me if there are times that I must go awhile in between, at times my health takes downward spirals and I will be unable to get back as often as I may like, or my depression may begin to overwhelm me again.
