            so first off we’re going to start with warm ups   ,,   what you wanna do is run down that pathway and to the front then jog back to this exact spot  .   * she said gently before pacing herself and touching the ground  ,  kneeling a bit .  It was quite odd at how she could run in heels yet fall when she’s walking in regular gym shoes  .
