*Kids These Days Update*
          	
          	Now that we're nearing the end of the year, I wanted to give a bit of explanation about my plans for KTD. I'm moving next year and I'm not sure if I will have reliable cell service for a while, so I hope to finish KTD before I leave. It won't be as long as TKAA (which is over 200,000 words lol) but I will wrap up all of the plotlines, side stories, etc. I'm still planning to write a third and final book eventually, I just won't have time to finish it before I move - but don't worry, I will make sure KTD has a "real" ending, not a cliffhanger. 
          	I also wanted to thank everyone who has stuck around with Finn, Becca, Ronan, Jasper, Andy (and so many others!) I love these characters so much, and it's been amazing to read all your comments and see how many people love them too! Thank you again for reading :) And please feel free to comment any questions you have about KTD!

(Spoilers for “The Kids Aren’t Alright”)
          
          I have a Becca theory:
          What if Becca’s powers only favor her and her safety above everything else, even her own desires? I know, duh, but hear me out. In the first story, her powers lead her to take the keys to the boat instead of the gun. The gun wouldn’t have put Finn in that situation to begin with, but what kind of danger would’ve sparked if she, one of the many rebellious campers, got caught with a literal firearm? The keys to boat gave her a chance to save Finn but, in the end it allowed her to escape completely unscathed by leaving him behind. Her desires were to save Finn, but her powers, valuing her own safety the most, put him in danger by pointing her in the direction that provided her the most safety for herself. That just so happened to be the direction that ended in their breakup(congrats Finnan shippers), sort of the opposite of what she wanted in exchange for the betterment of her own future.

Congrats on 1M reads on TKAA! Personally I would drop all my money on a physical copy or merch but I get that literally everyone is asking that so no pressure <3 Keep doing what you’re doing, you’re an amazing author!

First of all congrats on 1M reads!! Also about ch 45 of KTD, why was there no mention of the kiss? did you want to get the storyline moving? It was just kinds weird that it wasn’t mentioned anyway stay amazing and cant wait for the becca pov!!❤️❤️

@OP12gold thank you!!! I didn't mention it bc I try to stay true to the constraints of 1st person POV, so if ronan isn't thinking about something, it doesn't show up in the writing. But i will definitely tie up all loose ends before the book is over. Hope u enjoyed the becca chapter!!
