Dearest Readers, I am truly sorry, but I have to put 'Cursed with Power' on hold because I am preparing for my JEE exam and have no time at all. That's also why updates have been so few and far in between. I put off announcing this for so long because I really didn't want to break the news, but I'm sorry I simply cannot continue.
I hope to pick it up again, but it will be very long before I do that.

Okay, so, what do you do if you really really hate someone but they're good friends with your best friend who doesn't know that said person is horrible and whenever you try telling her, she tells you to shut up?
@Chickengirl250 It's more that she's too sympathetic for her own good. She can be a bleeding heart sometimes, you know...
@SweetVLemon I tried to tell her some of the stuff, but she simply wouldn't listen a word against this guy. He keeps bragging, yes, BRAGGING about how sad his life is and she eats it up.

Okay, so I have often sympathized with reviewers because of the way some writers act when the review doesn't paint their story as God' s Greatest Creation on earth, but, ONE CERTAIN REVIEWER really made me SO mad recently! Like, I was checking out their review shop, and GUESS WHAT?!
THEY WERE ACTUALLY TELLING PEOPLE WHOSE TARGET AUDIENCES WERE, SAY, 13-18 YEAR OLDS THAT THEIR STORY WOULDN'T ATTRACT OLDER AUDIENCES!
I mean wow, that's actually the point of a target audience, idiot.
And they actually had the NERVE to call this story TRASH and UNPROFFESSIONAL, simply because the target audience wasn't oldies!
Of course, I unvoted every single chapter I'd been voting of their review shop and got rid the whole darn book from my library!
Like seriously, did you go sell your brain at the supermarket?
@Chickengirl250 Same here! FINALLY! Finally someone understands why I love stuff rated 7+ or 13+ but stay away from 18+ and 16+ ! Like, there's this awesome series by Marcus Emerson on kindle unlimited and it's about middle schoolers but seriously, it's soooo much better than the mature sh** people cook up! I love it!
@awesometales ..AND I AM ONE OF THEM, AND PROUD OF IT!!! *Cue demonic screeching* ..At least THEY don't have inappropriate content like so much of the stuff aimed for older audiences. I don't want to watch 'mature' (blech) things. I want to watch the same stuff that I did 10+ years ago without being judged by a bunch of overpaid executives who try to tell me what THEY want me to like.
