I'm starting to think Wattpad may not be the ideal platform for me. After a couple months I only have 400-some views on my work. Compare that to how the same work is doing on Royal Road and it's pretty insane. Over there I have in the 10k reads range, and all of my Patrons have come from that site. I think I'm going to keep The Dark Places up here, but all further work is going to keep  going through Royal Road. Wattpad seems to concerned with algorithms that benefit itself to be concerned with algorithms that benefit new authors. There's not even a 'recently updated' page.           	  It's worth checking out other sites though. Just google 'list of web novel sites'. Wattpad is sort of derelict in my opinion. Royal Road is the platform for me. There's probably one out there there's perfect for you, because there are dozens of them and a lot have comparable readership to Wattpad.

@Authoresta I read in your profile that you are hoping to be published one day and gave some helpful writing resources. I enjoy learning from Sanderson's lectures and have been learning from another well published authour by the name of Jerry Jenkins. Ten chapters left to post in The Dark Places. The Dividing Line prologue will post on June 1st!
          
          Also FYI, there are currently 5 more books planned in the Second Remnant series, and I am working on scene-by-scene outlining of the third even as I'm finish up The Dividing Line.
