Say you were writing a story where Arthur got summoned as the hero of the sword from Rise of Shield hero, would you say he would still be able to wield Excalibur?

@austin333lee I need this story now, sucks though cuz it's so hard to find any decent Arthur or even Artoria stuff anywhere that has more than 3 chapters. Not counting your stuff obviously lol cuz your story premise is one of the few things on here I'm excited to see update
