“You’re warm.” The blonde had invited Daichi over, to hang out because they were friends. The blonde was.. a little nervous, you could tell. They weren’t as confident as they normally were. So they sat on their beautiful couch in a nicely decorated apartment, leaning against daichi as they wrapped their arm around him. Poor thing had been working themself to death, not sleeping, going to class, sewing, packaging and shipping, they looked exhausted. “How was your week? I barely saw you..”

“I think so, mind you I’m not wearing enough to keep myself warm.” They sighed as they wrapped their arms around him gently, fighting to keep their eyes open. “Oh how is your novel going? It’s so cool that you’re writing a whole book.” They beamed before sighing,”im so busy. I can’t even get any beauty sleep. It’s honestly not even classes. It’s my clothes. I have too many orders to fill which is good because I have lots of disposable income now but bad cause I’m so overworked.”

. @sweetsadiisms daichi had been sleeping peacefully ; surprisingly. he wasn't an insomniac, but his roommate usually kept him up with their snoring and constant movement. so, due to it being a weekend and his friend having gone home to stay with his parents for the next two nights, daichi figured he'd be able to get a good night's sleep while he was in the dorm room by himself - but he'd soon find himself to be sorely mistaken. upon feeling the bed shift when another human decided to wiggle into the bedsheets, daichi stirred. who the hell was that? he tensed a bit when arms soon found their way around the boy, but upon picking up their scent, daichi sighed. aiden. groaning quietly, his own arms would find their way around aiden's smaller frame, and pull the boy closer to himself. holding onto the male securely. “ why. ” he croaked sleepily, voice low and husky from having just been woken up.

he wasn't going to argue, since everyone was certainly entitled to their own opinion. having his parents to depend on since little was what he had been used to. " the doctors don't think she'll make it even if I pay the bills .. they say she's clinging on for now but I don't know. I just .. wanted to be alone with you for a moment. " because daichi always made it better, that was all he knew.

. @musicphiles upon hearing the other apologise for talking about family, daichi narrowed his eyes a bit. “ hey. i have family. i just don't have parents. who needs 'em? tch. ” he grumbled quietly, before giving a soft sigh and shaking his head. turning his attention back to the money matter. “ so. she'll make it if you can pay the bills? or, even if the bills are paid, she still won't make it? ”

right. seeing daichi like this reminded him that not everyone had their mothers and didn't really care for them. he was sad over his own when the other didn't have any and that felt like the most selfish thing he had done. " .. yeah, kinda. to pay for the hospital bills. it's not a little bit, that's why I go to comps and stuff but whats the point if she isn't gonna make it?? " dial it back matt, be considerate. " anyways, im sorry. I forgot in the moment that not everyone has .. their family. I think I just kinda panicked, you don't have to stay, 'chi. "
