So… a kind reader just mentioned something that made me freeze for a second  – “By the way, where is Ishan's mother? We’ve only heard her name once.”
          	
          	And at that exact moment, I mentally slapped myself ‍♀️. Because yep… guilty as charged. I completely forgot about her while weaving the chaos of everyone else’s arcs. Poor lady has been patiently waiting in the background, probably wondering, “Mujhe story mein bulane ka plans kab hai, beta?” 
          	
          	To clarify: she does exist in the story’s world, I didn’t erase her. I just got so caught up in Tara, Naina, Rehana, Sparsh, Mahi & Ishan that her presence slipped through the cracks. But rest assured – she will make her entry, and when she does, I promise she’ll bring her own warmth and presence to the narrative. ✨
          	
          	So, thank you to the sharp-eyed reader who caught me red-handed . Keep pointing things out, because honestly, you guys help me see my own story in a new light.

@Saypaneer travelled for 2 days last week to attend a conference, which led me to catch viral infection before I could catch the deadlines for submissions T_T . Still recovering and holding up. Hey dear readers,
          I’m currently taking a short break from writing as my summer vacations have begun! Since a lot of the inspiration for the story, "Dil Dhadakne Do" comes directly from my everyday life in clinics, lectures, and all the little moments in between, I want to return with the same authenticity and relatability you’ve all connected with.
