Sirius black wouldn't of gone to Azkaban ever in my opinion. They would of done the truth potion to get him to fess up. There was sooo many ways for a trial of complete honestly and he never got one ? Plot hole. Sirius and Remus should of raised harry- would have if the author had any sense
