Writes both adult and children’s fiction and adventure stories, including the Jack Houston St. Clair political thriller series and the Sherlock Holmes IV mystery series, as well as a series of travel guides. He has been involved in filmmaking for over 10 years and has directed 7 independent films and shorts, written 5, and produced 5. He is currently involved in adapting his book, "The Trap Door," about a boy who travels back to Shakespeare's time, for a television series to be produced in the U.K.

In the past, owned a famous nightclub on South Beach (The Warsaw Ballroom), published the longest-running paper on South Beach, "The Wire," and produced (for several years) a weekly TV show, "The Live Wire."

Long a wine lover, he also produces a fine sparkling wine (from Napa) made by the "methode champenoise," as they do in France, and is working to bring his own Champagne from France into the U.S. market.

Lives on Miami's South Beach and in London.
