We are the official page for the advice/help group known as Alive, or Just Breathing?

Our group is known to help others who have or are suffering from depression, along with any other mental illness's. Our group has been made for awhile, but we finally want to make a change and help.

All four of us are currently suffering from depression. We made the AOJB group because no one like us wants that fake help from fake people who 'think' they know what they're talking about. Who 'think' they know what we are going through. Just because you've done research doesn't mean you know everything or anything at all.

That's why what better advice then advice from some who do.

We had a young boy ask us all, when we visited  his school, what depression felt like. Kol was kind enough to answer, giving the truth:
