I am so sorry you day has been crappy, when I feel really down, I just try to take it slow.  Like if the whole day sucks, then go hour to hour, and if that doesn't work 10 minutes at a time.  If you can a have a good amount of good minutes or hours it might make you feel a little more in control.  Also Lauren's newest song Temporary really applies hear.  This day will be over soon, and you get a whole new day tomorrow..

hiii I just wanted to say  your book “I’ll try to fix you” is soo freaking good!! and also I don’t wanna sound weird but on chapter 51 I believe that’s the new chapter you asked if Lauren should (ever) spank Camila and for me I say yes it’s a suggestion but what ever you choose to do, I would still read it!
