Yogic term Emaho is a sound of rise Kundalini Shakti which clears all stagnations due to its excess of Tejas or warmth and luminosity which results in Samadhi

The Yogic time period Emaho denotes that specific rise of Kundalini Shakti (i.e. the rise of 1's personal dormant divinity) from the bottom of spine until top of head where there is an extra of heat-luminosity skilled by the aspirant ... And on account of this excess of heat-luminosity, all of the seven plexuses (i.e. Sapt Chakra of Yoga Tantras) are opened up and their pathways (or delicate channels) absolutely cleared of all earlier stagnations

Throughout those historical instances the best of Yogi's used to dwell in Indrapuri as the distant areas of Indrapuri used to offer an ideal isolation from the sounds of human civilizations of those instances and thus Indrapuri was the proper place for Yogic meditations and those even increased practices which associated to inward paths (or paths of self realizations or Atma Vijyan)
