            noriaki is basically a cursed spirit born from a paper lantern . based on the mythological yosei , chochinobake . while he is a cursed spirit , he isnt very malevolent , and actually has a positive relationship with most sorcerers . this relationship stems from him having been ' besties ' with tengen for hundreds of years  ( no nori , tengen does not want to have a tea party with u smh ) . when requested , he helps with complicated sealings and providing extra protection to certain buildings , objects or people . often complains about not being allowed to go kill cursed spirits himself , claiming that ' they need help being guided to the afterlife . ' he's just bored . tends to lurk around jujutsu tech , occasionally playing pranks at night and just being an all around nuisance . 

/i also just think he'd b perfect for a jjk oc
