-frogsay-

@a_hazelnut yess that's so amazing. I think it's the most political fantasy book I've read. I love Zoya and Nikolai together sm ahh
I think I'd also go with SoC!
          ohh they're absolutely lovely.
Haha I get what you mean xD
Yeah true but I love her in Book 2 tho. I also don't get why the S&B Trilogie is hatet that much. I really enjoyed it. If I wouldn't have read that one I wouldn't have read SoC and RoW.

-frogsay-

Idk if we've talked about the grishaverse but I just read ur Bio after I haven't been on Wattpad for a loooong time haha.
And ahh Nikolai lantsov mentioned :D love him!! and u're a corporalki- really cool!
          I'm a squaller

@-frogsay- okay nice. I really loved the rule of wolves dilogy and the way you get such a much more deeper view of Nikolai and Zoya and Ravkan political problems. But for me SoC is the all time best. My mom just read it and she loved it as well. But for me it has been a bit since reading them as well. Though I had a phase of imagining the Crows as Highschoolers for a probable ff I never wrote about one ore two months ago.
Nikolai and Inej are probably my most loved ones, but then I also adore Wylan and Nina a lot.
With Kaz I‘ve got this thing of sometimes just not being able to take him seriously cause he can get so dramatic (not taking him seriously not meaning i don‘t think he‘s a well written character or sth, more a laughing at him kind of thing. Which only works bc i‘m reading about him, if i was in a room with him, i‘d be scared to death). But yeah, he‘s a really cool character.
Alina‘s an interesting one, cause I think liking her a lot isn’t that common in the fandom. I think in book one she‘s pretty boring bc she‘s so passive but i like her a lot more in the later books. So i understand.

@-frogsay- heyyy so nice to hear from you. I‘m not sure either, but you honestly can‘t talk about the grishaverse too much.
Love Nikolai, he‘s pretty much the reason i like the second shadow and bone book… did you read rule of wolves?
A squaller, that’s amazing. What are your favourite characters from that world?

Me being sad about life giving me inspiration and a craving for a certain story but this story doesn’t excist yet. I know the sensible thing would be to write it yourself but I don’t feel up to the task.
(the idea currently being two female hip hop dancers falling in love, involving lots of dance battles and found family - and yes I want this as a dance movie with amazing visuals and dancing scenes, thank you very much.)

@a_hazelnut
            Ah schwierig :‘)

Me jumping between a middle-earth oneshot, researching for a loose idea of a wlw rivals to lovers next gen hp trimagical tournament FF (now that is a mouthful), revisiting older ideas of a Dorlene FF, loose ideas for an own fantasy world, and my newest idea an alternative universe Wylan x Jesper Oneshot (cause I’m currently listening to the audiobook while scrubbing walls at work - don’t ask - and can’t get over how I love their banter and Wylans stubborn grumpiness in the beginning of SoC and I need more of this).

So yeah, I guess I‘ll never finish anything.
But that’s how I usually work *cries in the corner*

@a_hazelnut I can relate so much! It´s like there are countless people in your head all talking at once. Or, like the storytelling-section of your head is a trainstation with people coming and going every minute, all urging you to tell them, where to go. Like a beehive.
And, is there anything better than long, complicated classifications for Fanfiction?
Yes, Wylan and Jesper are the best. I fell into the SoC-section of Pinterest this week and it´s so cute it hurts.
You have to tell me everything about all of these!

As much as I´d love to read your stuff, you are under no obligation to ever finish anything (though, I really understand the urge to do so). If you enjoy working on it, that´s enogh.

The phases of a TV-Show obsession:

          1. The watching/ The beginning of the end (of one‘s sanity)
          2. The YouTube Phase: Clips, Interviews, Behind the scenes, reactions (like, you won‘t stop until you‘ve seen every little snippet that‘s out there)/ falling in love with the cast (and mourning your own social life)
          3. Podcasts and drawing (getting sad bc there actually isn‘t that much good audio content and your drawings can’t catch what you meant to draw) (but also good bc in this phase you do sth productive)
          4. Fanfiction (when you realise you need more of the story, but struggle to find THE ff that catches the feeling you crave)
          5. Realizing that you really deeply got caught up and probably will stay switching between the points above for some time yet
          6. Writing desperate posts about your obsession, trying to find others
          7. Moving on ???? (maybe) (to the next obsession)

Not to mention that all of the above includes staying up late and getting sleep deprived (real life? health? we don‘t need it)

          Can someone relate? Pls?
For me, currently, the TV-Show in question is Young Royals (I‘m late to the party as always).
What are you guys obsessing about lately?

a_hazelnut

@Alice_Allington ah i didn‘t watch the movies yet, are they good? And yess, certainly keep me updated

@Alice_Allington yeah i read red white and royal blue, I liked it quite a bit. I think it‘s got a really different vibe than Young Royals though, not only bc the characters are quite a bit older and it‘s kind if enemies to lovers, which YR definitely isn‘t, but it‘s also a queer prince love story, so there‘s a connection there.

@Alice_Allington Yeah same! Generally with Scandinavian countries. I‘m pretty sure that Denmark as well has a royal family, but I really don’t know about Norway. But thinking about it there are probably more royal families in Europe than you‘d think, bc literally the only one I actually know about is the UK.
