First things first, you are special to me. I don't know who you are, how old you are or what you look like, but you're important to me. And I hope you are being kind to yourself. I hope you know how special you are.You don't have to be anything more than the whole beautiful being that you are. I believe in you and I want to remind you that you matter and you are wonderful.
