Hello everyone, Twig here! I was debating against making a big dramatic post but then decided to do it last minute.
I just wanted to get on here and say a couple of things; I’m sorry for the inactivity, school’s recently started and I’ve not been in the fandom as of recent. The dream smp will always have a special place in my heart, but the amount of hatred, arguing, and aggressive behaviour I’ve seen in this fandom is nothing I’ve ever seen before, especially on Twitter. Twitter was a war zone everyday, and I got tired of the drama and the constant arguing. Also, the dream smp is sorta dead and everyone (cc and fandom wise) is split. It’s not an enjoyable experience anymore and everyone is very childish and immature (on Twitter, I mean.) Wattpad’s DNF books are stories that were written years ago, and everything seems so lifeless. If you were here in 2021-2022, you know how flourishing it was.
Wattpad has been nothing but kind to me, and I’m honoured that my stories are somehow still getting endless comments and support, even if they’ve been over and done with for years. Thank you to all who have ever sat down and taken the time to read my books! They will continue to stay up but they will be left untouched, and I won’t be finishing book boy. I’m sorry, but I’m not interested. If anyone wants to finish it, go for it, I’d love to see where you take it. Message me the story, if you end up writing it!
Thank you for all the support I’ve gotten over the, I think, 2 years of me being here? It’s been a wild ride, to say the least. Dream smp will always have a place in my heart, as I’ve said before, because it’s where me and my best friend first started to get close, and the memories it gave me are gonna be fondly looked over in passing conversation. I’m still going to be around on the internet, but not on this account, or on this name. And I’m already in different fandoms.
