As I continue to type my story, I would like to say that the healing begins when you speak on the things that’s troubling you. 
          
          We can hide the dirt under the rug but eventually that rug won’t be strong enough to keep the dirt under. It takes a lot of strength to tell the world your side, but you can do it.
