Hello I want to notify anyone who wants to loose weight of 20lbs in 1 month here is  the info:
          	
          	We will start July 7th and end August 8th.
          	
          	If you would like to join comment your name height age and weight below in the content section of my book of calorie intake and diary. Or reply to me or send me an inbox. Dead line to join will be July 1st. 
          	
          	Then July 2nd I will post the diet and all participants will have 5 days to prepare after the diet begins each week we will have progress meters.
          	
          	Let the sign ins begin I will also be posting the diet and progress meters on a new book you will all be notified when I publish it.
