a portmanteau of the Japanese words yanderu, meaning to be sick, and deredere, which means lovestruck in this case; an individual who is mentally unstable and shows their love for another individual in violent ways
Yandere Simulator (likely to be renamed 'Lovesick: Yandere Simulator') is a stealth action video game currently in development and to be published by YandereDev. The game centers upon a love-sick schoolgirl nicknamed 'Yandere-chan' after the Japanese term "yandere", who has taken it upon herself to eliminate anyone she believes is monopolizing her crush's attention.
@Yandere_Simulator is a Wattpad account managed by two teenage girls. We find Yandere Simulator fanfiction, works with yandere characters, write some of our own yandere works, and promote Yandere Simulator.
