Bancroft School has been open for many years in the woods of New York. What the locals don't know is that it houses students from all across the country and from all ages, teaching them to wield the abilities that they possess.
These students, who are also referred to as metahumans, train to prepare themselves for a world of danger. The things they learn within these walls help them to survive in a world that is set against them.
Will these students rise against all the odds or succumb to the perils that are in store for them?
