The truth is that I want to rewrite what I have so far and create a completely separate set of characters and a story that takes place in the same universe, with overlapping events and interactions between the two casts of characters, but not necessarily major involvement in the old plot at the beginning of it.

I totally loved your book, The Mermaids Blessing! It was wonderful, and didn't have any if the super cringy moment most pirate books have. I look forward to reading more of your work, actually I think I might have read some already.

I'm so happy just thinking that I can entertain anyone even for a little while, though I'm positive that there will always be plenty of cringey moments in my stories, no matter how hard I try to avoid them.
