Hi everyone, u can call me Vicky. I'm over half Indian on my mothers side and not sure what else right off hand and I have a mixture of German and other on my dad's side. I'm trying to find information about my family tree and some in my family have already done some and sent me what they had.
I just wanted to say that I have enjoyed the books I've read. I'm glad that I found the books on Wicca. Recently I was in a church I use to belong to, any ways the pastor was preaching about the old days and somehow got on the subject about people who said they could tell your future. Well he claimed that if you read or believe what the tarot cards say or what a fortune teller says then you are not a Christian out of respect for my mother in law who has attended there for you 15+ years I stayed untill the sevice was over and we left. On the way home I looked at my husband and I guess I'm not a Christian because I read tarot cards and medicine cards. I just can't believe that he is so closet minded. We haven't been back there since. My dad is the one who told me about Wicca. I just haven't decided what part I'm in.
If you have any books on Native Americans, all tribes, about tarot and how to read them and medicine cards. And if anyone knows how I can find out how much Indian I have and how to do a family tree research please let me know.
