How do I know if I’m hungry? 
          I only realise that I’m hungry if my stomach growls, I get a migraine or the pain gets so bad that I can’t accidentally ignore it.

          I’m 159,5cm or 5’2 and I’m 43,8kg (Idk what it is in other measurements)
          
          I mean the doctor like a few months back when I was 158cm and 44kg was like concerned or smth but didn’t think I was underweight 
          
          But now my friends are like “OMG you can’t weigh that little actually???” And shit
