I was there for a lot of its life… and in the last few years, I hoped it would get better, but it never did. It had all the right pieces, but it just… It couldn’t put them together. And when it got shut down, I was really bummed out. Not because I liked them, but because I knew they could be so much better, and now they never will be.

I feel as though a part of my childhood has died. R.I.P. Jason David Frank…

jackblitz4

Agreed, first Kevin Conroy, now Jason David Frank, hard to believe both happened in a week

@TyForestWrites Sad to see him go, he was a major part of my childhood, and at this point, everyone's childhood, he will be missed

Welp, I guess this Halloween, we’ll see if my fan made Death Battle was correct. This is a first.

I mean, it probably is. Michael doesn’t exactly have that many win conditions, unless it’s pre-zombie Jason.

SoloHunter6

@TyForestWrites Depends on who they choose… Jason has through the Horror gutter like hell and space, while Michael has been restrained to his old little town

Isn't it technically impossible for Michael to kill Jason? I think it was established in Part 9 that Jason can only be killed by a member of the Voorhees family using a very specific dagger

I had hoped to get more done than just one chapter of Team SHDW, but then life hit me from all sides with Toei Animation copyright striking my YouTube channel for bullcrap reasons, my job position hanging by a thread for a week or two, and most damning of all: I got Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and was immediately addicted.

I’m still reeling from the former two, though my job is fine at the current moment, but the anxiety from it definitely punched me in the groin for quite some time. My addiction to BotW is gone… at the moment, but who knows when I get back on the wagon, since my solution was to simply not touch my Switch.

So yeah, my schedule is up in flames at this point.

H20FLAME

@TyForestWrites Dude, same. Between my job, a pipeline problem, and an addiction to FGO, I ain't getting enough writing done.

Well… Dio vs. Alucard did NOT go the way I expected… My version certainly would’ve had a different result. Basically this season’s equivalent to Gray vs. Esdeath for me; I can’t agree with the result, but I understand the reasoning.

And as they themselves mentioned, Alucard doesn't only suck the victim's blood but also their souls, and stands are LITERALLY SOULS, even if couldn't see or hurt The World directly, he could still weaken it and possibly kill it, which is a definitive way to kill Dio. And they higly overestimated Dio saying that he wouldn't leave an opening when in canon HE HAS LITERALLY LOST SEVERAL TIMES AGAINST WEAKERS OPONENTS HE COULD NORMALLY OBLITERATE BECAUSE HE KEEPS LETTING HIS GUARD OPEN, heck, even after becoming a vampire he still lost to Jonathan twice and would maybe have lost a third had Jonathan not been caught of guard in such an unfavorable situation. And even if we were to ignore all this, it's been implied that destroying his brain is enough to kill Dio, he admited so to Polnareff and he always priotized his head over everything else, ginving Alucard a chance to kill Dio just as Dio would have by destroying Alucard's heart, and while destroying his brain still wouldn't be easy given all he's survived, it's still a viable possibility. Still though, Dio could do sourprisingly better than expected and if we were to run this a hundred times, i'm not sure who would win the most. In short, i don't know wether to call bullsh#t or not on this.
