I'm so fucking pathetic.. I can't eat a proper meal, I can't go one day without crying, I keep fucking things up with my partners.. In total, I fuck shit up.. I'm sorry that you all have to see this, but it's better to get this out there than keep it in.. Or so I've been told.

Work everyday to eat more. I know it's hard but you can do it. Crying is healthy and if you need to cry everyday, that's good. It may not feel like it but it's way better than not releasing it. I don't know how you mess things up with your partner but find a way to fix it, look at it from all angles. I believe in you ❤️
