Not Wattpad telling me I haven't updated in a while and that I should if I want more reads...
          
          If it doesn't offend you Wattpad, I'd like a bit more time away if that's OK, I've lost both grandparents in the space of 6 months and I was providing the end of life care for them so I need to try and get my head back to where it was before, if I can.
          
          To any of my followers who are still here I want to apologise to you all for just disappearing but when life just screws you over like it did to me you have no choice but to take a hiatus. So if you are still here or you are new, hi! Regular service will continue hopefully by the end of summer once I've gotten my head straight and gotten through therapy.
          
          In the meantime, Secret Invasion and Into the Spiderverse have been my most recent watches, what do you guys think about them?

So, after a wonderful weekend spent with my boyfriend and our mates playing some Pokémon go and having some drinks in the pub my boyfriend tells on Monday he tested positive for covid so I have to start my seven days of testing. 
          
          Today is day 4 and then the test came back positive…. I do be upsetti spaghetti 
          
          His mum is also going through chemo and tested positive so he’s stressed, I’m stressed and now my mum is stressed because my grandparents who live next door aren’t vaccinated and might get infected so yay…..
          
          So now I have to wait for my pcr test to come through and then just hope its over and done with soon because I have a lot coming up at the end of the year and the beginning of January 
          
          So wish me luck. I guess this is my chance to update and edit I guess. It’s going to be hard since I’m confined to my room but I’ll try my best.

Guess who’s got tonsillitis yet again?
          
          Funny thing is your tonsils are meant to shrink and basically become none existent by the time you get to 16 but not for me
          
          I’m 23 and get tonsillitis like twice a year and it sucks. Only bonus is ice cream. But on top of my tonsillitis I have a cough that someone in my volunteer group has ever so kindly given to me. I know it’s not covid because I test regularly anyway but coughing with a sore throat you might as well just knock me out because owwwwwww
          
          Anyway, my plans to update have been put on hold because usually I like to go to Starbucks and get a nice coffee and sit down and type, especially in autumn because the one I got to is near a lovely little park where I can clear my head but that will have to wait 10 days until my meds are finished because I’m not about to give someone else this nasty cough and tonsillitis 
          
          So bare with me everyone, replies are slow as well as I’ll be resting up and eating ice cream for the next week. Hopefully it sorts itself out soon because I hate tonsillitis with a burning passion it haunts me 
          
          Anyway stay safe everyone, wear masks and test regularly where you need to, especially if you are around people who are vulnerable and I will catch you on the flip side

Life does this stupid thing that when you start to get better and things start to look up it just takes it and throws it into the fire. I was just getting back into the swing of things, writing again and doing rps again after a long break that I needed. 
          
          And then my ex pops up and tells me that his brother suddenly died today. I met his brother when I was dating him 5 years ago and even though him and I broke up we still stayed in contact because his family loved me and always asked about me. So hearing this now I’m lost.
          
          He had a fiancé he was due to marry in May, they were picking baby names and just put down a deposit on a house with enough room for kids… he even managed to get a better paying job and now it’s just… gone. 
          
          Connor I hope they find out why you left this world so early, you were only 25 and had so much time ahead of you. RIP 
          
          I’ll be back to myself soon, I hope but this really just kicked me in the teeth just as I was getting better. Life can suck a fat one 

Wow… a whole year with him gone. 
          
          Chadwick, there is so much we owe to you and if only you could see how missed you are. Your time was cut short and in that small time you had you changed so many lives. You brought to life a character many of us love and it can never be captured in the same way as you did it.

I’m still alive!
          
          So, after many weeks of being in the WORST mental state I’ve been in for years, I started up writing and typing some of the prompts out and the requests that I have been sitting on for a while. 
          
          I do apologise for all this up and down mental BS that I’ve been dealing with but don’t worry I’ll be back to my monthly upload stuff that I had a while ago. 
          
          So, once this summer period is over, because travelling does take it out of me so bare with me. So, stay cool and stay safe. Love you all

This will also be in my book but to those who follow and DMs here’s a little update:
          
          So my isolation period ended at 23:59 on Friday. The last two days I have been overwhelmed with everything and it’s not even like I’ve been outside again. 
          
          First of all I just wanted to say hi to my new followers, I’m glad that you have given me a follow and been reading my book, it’s means the world to me. 
          
          Secondly I want to apologise to those who have made requests, I will get back to them ASAP. The same goes for any RPs I have and DMs. I do apologise but it’s been a rough few weeks and I need some time away from social media now that I can actually leave the house. 
          
          And the last thing in wanted to add is that’s this time of year is hard for me. As some of you know, I lost my best friend the cancer two years ago in September, this week it would have been his birthday, his sisters has just happened and then another best friend of mine has his birthday this week but it’s hard for me to be happy knowing he’s not here. I graduated from university two years ago exactly and he couldn’t be at my graduation because he was on a breathing machine. He told me it would be ok and he was getting better but he was on borrowed time. 
          
          So, I want you all to know that I love you all and I’m not ignoring or forgetting anyone. I just need this next week off media or at least for the most part of the week I’ll be gone but I want to try and get back into writing because I enjoy it and it makes me happy. I just need time to get my head straight and to be with friends to mourn and celebrate the life that Selim sadly had robbed from him. 
          
          So, with that said and done. I’ll be back soon,
          I’ll be responding to DMs soon and hopefully I’ll be writing again soon.
