I'm a very shy and private person, and I don't like people touching me without my consent. (Ex. Poking, handholding, hugging, grabbing, etc) I actually really love hugs and stuff though! 
I'm quiet until I really trust you. I have horrible anxiety and other mental illnesses that will probably follow me to my death.
I try my best to help, though I'm not sure I do much.
