Ahhh! Great news!
My Charlie Weasley story Learning To Fly has made it through to the third and final round of the Amby Awards, as well as my first original novel, The Chief.
I’m also very happy for and proud of my friend, the talented @anyamayfair/@lifeofkaze who also has a fanfiction and original story in the final round!

10 weeks ago, whilst on a train from Nice to Lyon, I started writing my first original novel. Today, I published that novel. And I’m so excited to share it.

The project is called 12 Months of Magic and I’m hoping to create an archive of fan creations by members of the HP community, with a new theme for each month to inspire their works.

Bit of both! I’ve known my endgame for a long time (18months, give or take), but the rest of the plot is made up of a mixture of bits and bobs I’ve taken from gameplay interwoven with my own plot. Enough that fans of the game will be able to recognise certain elements from y6/7 and sidequests, but also (hopefully) will read a new story they’ve not read before.
