@SheriDawson thank u for your message since then I've been at home unable to leave and after 16mths of a 2yr treatment plan haven't been back to the cawley unit I've also seen my go and have had my meds changed I'd love to go back to the cawley programme but each day gets harder a the more I'm forgotten about which is good in a way anyway going to read now and thank u 

@kathyl686 I've been through many similar problems, unfortunately there isn't a lot of understanding when it comes to BPD and mental health in general. Often you are not treating like an individual but as a statistic. Underneath the anxiety and emotion you do have a very unique personality and what works for other people will not always work for you. Please do message me, there may be some advice I can give. Maybe not, at the very least I can lend a sympathetic and understanding ear. 

@SheriDawson I was diagnosed with bpd 2years ago and couldn't describe it better myself I've been in intense therapy for a year and a half of a 2yr programme cawley centre maudsley hostpital they need to read up a bit more I'm 1 of at least a 100 patients that feel let down with the programme we don't all work at the same pace therapy is taking longer I'm at home too anxious to leave the house but if you don't go into the cawley centre then they quote can't help this is a problem for many of us so where do I go now? Who will help when after my two years chuck me out .....

@xxxPaigeHoranxxx I'm glad you like it :) I don't really know anything about the band so it would be quite hard for me to write. Why don't you write something? Put whichevers your fav in the house with the rock? You can send it to me then and I'll make it fit with my writing style and put it in. I'll give you credit for it and dedicate the chapter so people know you wrote it :) x
