About to try shifting for the first time, I heard it helps with mental health and stuff, so I’m gonna try it

I’m back from my long break, hope you guys missed me!!

Just got my period for the first time ever in my life. Its unexpected 'cause I've never had cramps. And as a kid who's not even a teen. It's making me worry.. WHY HAVEN'T I HAD CRAMPS??? I NEED SOMEONE TO EXPLAIN?

          today was the LAST day of testing(thankfully) but I will be pausing to take a break. Next week my school will be celebrating (insert my grade lvl)the grade week! so there will NOT be any activity from me. summertime is when I'm most inactive btw. but that's all I had to say.
