I once did a personality test. One question said: "Do you ever doubt your choices?" I said: "Agree"... after this, I went and changed several of the previous questions before coming back and changing the answer to the main one to: "Strongly agree".

I need to go to a therapist as my social anxiety is strongly harming my daily life. Because of my social anxiety I refuse to go to a therapist.
