I know I wrote a lot and y’all r probably like “GIRLIE CALM DOWN” but listen my brain is RUNNING CIRCLES and also I understand the last announcement was probably overwhelming so here’s a TLDR;
          THTDIE was a product of its time (for me) and I feel like I won’t be able to continue it as is. I’m thinking about redoing the entire series (after T H O T) in order to make it something new for me to write and an enjoyable read for y’all that isn’t forced doodoo. 
          Anyway I will be using this announcement as a Q&A as well as an area for everyone to share their thoughts (like what they liked and didn’t like about THTDIE) and how we can work together to continue the chaos that isn’t cringe!

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!!! WILL PROBABLY CONTINUE IN COMMENTS BC MAN!!! ITS A DOOOZY!!! 
          
          Hey y’all so ur probably wondering “ay yo weren’t u going to continue THTDIE? What happened brodie???” So I figured I’ll address it as well as discuss possible futures for the project! 
          So basically for background, I wrote THTDIE at like 2017-2018ish (idk the exact year) while I was a cringe high schooler. I was really into DR, mainly DRV3 even tho I was a longtime fan, anyway as I was juggling other DR fanfics, I wrote THTDIE as a funny little shitpost utilizing the things I loved at that time and making some god awful cursed soup. It was just a bunch of ideas me and my brother spitballed together and ran with as we thought it was absolute comedy gold. However, it came to a unfortunate halt when I start feeling burnt out both from applying to college and from writing so many fics at once. So? I left lol.

And to those wondering, in idea A, I will essentially keep the same twists but maybe change up the story a little and reinvent it

CONT.
            I had some ideas of what I could do to bring back THTDIE in a way where I can enjoy writing it again and y’all can enjoy reading it. We have 
            A) completely rewrite the series, retcon everything after T H O T (my emotional support chapter) and completely re-do the story in a way that’s fresh and fun with things such as drawn scenes rather than shitty slapped together edits and working with the criticism I had for the original to create something better  as well as create a better and more fun cast in which DR won’t be the main backbone of the whole thing so I have more freedom. 
            B) rush the current arc ongoing in order to go to Idea A. I feel strongly against this one bc I feel like it would do Freddie Freaker a disservice. 
            
            Those are my ideas. If you guys have any ideas, please let me know. I want to talk to all of you first about this so I can move in the direction that both of us will be pleased with. Tell me, what was it that you guys liked about it and what you would like to change or remain the same. I need all of your input so we can create a better product!
