Nothing is true; everything is permitted

I stand with those who stand with me. I lure my prey through the guise of a gentleman. I escape unnoticed through the veil of a loser. And though I may conceal my identity, one thing is certain: commit injustice in this world, and I'll send you to the next. I am Teddy Black, I am an Assassin, and I fight for liberation.

From within and without come enemies and allies alike. Nothing in life is guaranteed, except surprise...

I seek liberty and freedom, not for myself, but for those whom such fundamental rights are denied. I am their shield, their sword, their only hope. The roads I travel are dark, but they bring me closer to the light.

To say that nothing is true, is to realize that the foundations of society are fragile, and that we must be the shepherds of our own civilization. To say that everything is permitted, is to understand that we are the architects of our actions, and that we must live with their consequences, whether glorious or tragic.

Revere the blood of the innocent - Nothing is absolute, everything is possible - Hide in the midst of the crowds - We are the ones who have entrusted you -Do not betray our trust.

I'm an Assassin and I follow a Creed, but it does not command me to act or submit...only to be wise.
