Spoiler alert for the RWBY Volume 9 bonus ending animatic.

          	Okay, ready?

First, I'll admit, I skipped around in this because I didn't care that much about it and only wanted to know the important bits. It was mostly about what happened in Vacuo while RWBY and Jaune were gone.

Vacuo isn't taking too kindly to the refugees from Atlas, that was expected. The world doesn't revolve around Atlas, constant Grimm attacks, yada yada. Anyway, here's the big highlights I took from this.

So apparently Vale was destroyed off-screen by Salem while team RWBY and Jaune were hanging out in the Ever After. Professor Port and Doctor Oobleck brought the refugees to Vacuo, which was already having social problems with the Atlas refugees with a lot of Vacuans wanting the refugees to leave Vacuo, imagine how they will act towards the Vale refugees. Why Vacuo and not Mistral, I do not know.

There was something about Oscar and Ozpin fighting their merging and also something about Vacuo's history with being colonized made their record keeping on antiquity non-existent. I wonder if that would have been important later.

Oh, did I mention how Ruby became a religious figure? Okay, I'm exaggerating but apparently her image was being plastered all over Vacuo with the words "Remember Her Message" like she was some kind of prophet.

What message? The one saying that there's a crazy immortal lady trying to kill everyone? Did I miss something? Oh, maybe it was her thing about coming together in the face of that unkillable threat? Okay, answered my own question. Lol

Not a big fan of some of the decisions here, but hey, what are you gonna do? It's not like Rooster Teeth had time to refine this stuff. Maybe if Volume 10 happened and the company didn't die, maybe the details would have been refined and Vale's fall would have been more cinematic or something.

Rooster Teeth's parent company, Warner Bros Discovery is shutting down Rooster Teeth.

For those curious about Rooster Teeth's IP: From what I have read, Warner Bros Discovery is in talks to sell the rights of RWBY, Red vs Blue, and Gen:Lock among other Rooster Teeth content. We'll see where things go from there over the next few months.

Until the shutdown is completed, RT's Roost Podcast Network will continue to operate.

Well then, I guess that's that.

          Rest in Peace Rooster Teeth.

@Technodude168 so your saying that RWBY might get deleted off YouTube? That sucks I’ve been meaning to get back into it and start watching it again cause I got the the fall of beacon and just stopped watching

@TheDarkEmperor I think they'll either get deleted or go inactive, becoming tombs for all the content they put out over the past 21 years (that's a dramatic saying for archives).

Helldivers 2 is an awesome game! It's so much fun playing a game where friendly fire is basically in character for the setting. Especially when you "accidentally" napalm strike your whole team while trying to destroy a nest of undemocratic enemies!

10/10 Would orbital strike my team again for DEMOCRACY

Merry Christmas you filthy animals! Hahaha!

I hope everyone is having a joyous holiday season (I sure ain't today, I had to work on Christmas!) and are excited for the New Year!

I'm sorry that I haven't been actively publishing content for the First Daughter, work has been tricky since I got promoted. It's been stressful to say the least and it significantly slowed down my ability to write because I am either busy or trying to unwind on my Xbox.

Either way, I appreciate the support from you guys despite my said inactivity and I simply want to say thank you and have a happy holiday and a happy new year.

I just saw some images for the upcoming Fallout TV series for Amazon Prime.

My God, the Brotherhood of Steel Knights in power armor look amazing. And the Ghoul, whom I am assuming is a key character in the show, is gonna be a badass because he looks like one.

I'm not getting my hopes up that the show will be good, but I will give credit where it's due. The Brotherhood better be badasses and not chumps that get killed easily because a vertibird crashed for no reason!

Technodude168

@RestoringAlphatale I'm still working on the First Daughter. I think I figured out what I wanted my final intermission to be and the second volume's prologue chapters (three chapters) are done. I have several other chapters done but I am trying to figure their places in the story's timeline.
