my mental health is suffering so badly at the moment and I don't have any help available for me. i can feel my brain getting violent again and im struggling not to listen to the intrusive thoughts I get. I'm terrified if I'm honest; terrified that everything is going downhill again but this time I won't make it through like I somehow managed to do last time.

Guys I've edited chapter 70 so I would appreciate if you read that before the new chapter comes out (probably tomorrow) and also I just wanted to say thank you all for reading my book!
btw ive edited chapter 70 (getting back to normal???) because there was a part i wasn't happy with so when I publish the next chapter it might help to reread chapter 70 so you know exactly the tone and the mood it's supposed to be in.
C70 is short and it won't take long dw.
