Tara Day

TJ Day (also frequently known as Kat Mandu) has never been on a cooking show, but she wouldn't mind judging one. It is free food after all. 

Balancing jobs between writing and cooking seemed difficult at first - but then she thought, oh, why not? Let's combine them. 

And so her eighth book was born and she's still hard at work getting it right. Until then, she likes writing sexy novellas, high fantasy epics, and inventing D&D campaigns. 

She currently lives in a small city in Illinois with her doggo, Mitri. She's also a line chef at a five-star hotel where she's discovered an insane love for salmon.
