@TaeTaeGinger I want to apologize to you. I was just salty because I went back to re-read the book and it took way longer than 4 minutes both times. I had written a sweet critique of the book because I didn't want their book wrongly flagged as a violation, and i couldn't send it to the judge because rules.
But I sent it anyway since my book is pulled anyway. Besides I'd rather help the judge than win the award. My mistake was not pulling my book and sending them the critque.
I get 100 tags a day or more and I could be not get them or drowning in them.

@TaeTaeGinger If you ever need to promote your contest, you can just publish it in my timeline. I don't allow stories in my timeline unless I ask for rec, because I have a promo club for people to post in. I don't ask for payments, but the one rule is writers post there.

@TaeTaeGinger I think it was a misunderstanding because I went back and re-read. And when I am excited about something, I am a fast reader. I line edited a full novel for a friend in two days. When I feel I miss something, always go back and there was the thing I felt. I actually made marketing notes on how she could promote the books and a change she needed to make, not writing ways, but I didn't feel right to send to her. I did send it to her after my book was pulled, because there is a small issue with the book that could be wrongfully flagged by the AI. She probably didn't see it.
And I want to apologize to you.
I am trying to find why I am not getting all of my notifications. I get hundreds of notifications, but I am not always getting comments to my stories and in the last few months other notifications have gone missing.
I think it's an issue with me opening windows at once. And I will try to correct this.
I am a judge, but I am mostly a back-up judge because of how fast I read with full notes to prove I read. It's because I have a bad memory.
Usually I only ask contestants to follow me back. It's because I post contests in my timeline that can be useful, but I'd rather not be named at all.
I have judged for a writer's guild, and I like the rules of not knowing who your judges are.
But one of the reasons I typically avoid mature is because I judged YA, and a few of the books were major violations even before new rules. I can't describe what was in them without getting post pulled.
So I ask how mature is it or request non-mature chapters, like one friend's poetry book was mild, and I wouldn't have rated it mature, another had a few very mild swear words in it.

@JankyFluffy It's ok, I'm not disappointed from you nor I'm angry. It's probably misunderstanding between your assigned judge and you. She's not as liberal as me if I say in terms of payments, cause I'll never force any participant to forcefully read my book, I just want genuine reads from them with their interest. But I guess its not same with everyone, right? Don't dishearten yourself as well, and no I'm not pulling or disqualifying your book. I've assigned you a new judge, just make sure this time to kindly fulfil the payments. Good Luck!❤️
