If you’re struggling with your emotions or feeling overwhelmed, and you're not sure what to do, or if your mental health is feeling out of control, I understand. Sometimes we all need some encouraging or comforting words. I have wrote some encouraging and positive Notes you can read them in my book GENTLE NOTES. You don’t have to vote or follow me - just reading the Notes and getting some positivity is enough for me. I’ll keep sharing more Notes in the book.
          
          I’m not saying my Notes will instantly make everything better, but I hope they help you in some way. You can read them whenever you feel like it, during your free time. No pressure at all, and you’re not obligated to read them. I’m just letting you know about them. It’s completely up to you whether you want to read them or not.
          
          Don’t ever think you can’t do better or that everything is over. It’s okay to feel empty sometimes. Keep putting in effort every day. It’s normal to take breaks, but don’t decide that you’ve lost. It’s okay to feel all those emotions. Things might be hard, and people can be tough, but don’t let that make you feel bad about yourself. Don’t listen to those who try to bring you down.
          
          I hope the best for you. Keep doing your best. Stay on the right path and avoid those that lead you to harm. I really hope my Notes bring some positivity to your life, even if it’s just a little bit.
          
          Take care of yourself as much as possible. You can do it - you really can! Your efforts matter, and they are making a difference in your life.
