            Specter J is primarily stationed in the U.S., eliminating monster threats in urban centers to ensure national security. While he was initially set to participate in the Greenland War Incident, he was forced to stay behind due to a simultaneous massive monster outbreak in California, which he successfully contained.
            
            The Indonesia Operation
            
            His latest assignment sent him to Indonesia, where reports surfaced regarding the discovery of a magical flora within a mining site. The U.S. government deployed Specter J to verify the claim. However, during the operation, he encountered one of Indonesia’s Tier 1 Transcendent users, leading to a deadly battle. As reinforcements arrived, Specter J strategically utilized his abilities to disrupt communication networks, effectively isolating the battlefield.
            
            The confrontation escalated, with Specter J facing off against a 500-strong force of awakened Indonesian personnel, including five high-tier Transcendents. The battle left the mining site nearly destroyed, but thanks to his unparalleled adaptability and blood-based abilities, Specter J emerged victorious. Rather than killing the Indonesian forces, he left them in a near-death state. He understood that Indonesia would need its elite warriors for future threats, and wiping them out entirely would destabilize the region.
            
            Upon returning to the U.S., Specter J confirmed that the rumors about the magical flora were true and successfully secured a significant sample using his magic storage ability. This ensured that the U.S. government could analyze and determine the flora’s potential applications for future strategic advantages.
