Finals week is coming up, and am also in the process of writing a short story (about halfway done with writing). AU book is going to be on a slight hold until finals are or the short story are done!
Good luck on those taking finals, and those not… lucky bastards.

On a quick car trip right now, and realized: “oh, I really hate how the AU book is set up”
Since the chapters out so far are purely world-building and setting up the base of the story, I think 20 dedicated chapters is taaaaad overwhelming
So, lol, going to probably combine a few chapters that I think can be combined together (not necessarily going to delete things, dw), and hopefully come up with a name other than “AU book” (please if you have any suggestions, I’m desperate for them xD /I’m laughing but I’m 100% serious)

Yeah, the restructuring seems to be a better idea, didn’t realize how much it’d help make the story flow!
@SwirlySystem1028 The princess and the warrior as a name and I think the restructuring is good. Many chapters felt a little short and unifying them would help new readers.

When will the next update come
Hey there guys, gals, and fellow nb pals, uhhh… we’re alive—despite all the things that have tested us this year
With “The Brave” releasing, we decided to unpublished chapter 15 of our Rainimator AU to make a few proper edits to it, it will be back up as soon as we can, and… probably give it an actual name.
As for the book as a whole, updates may be slow, as finals week and the holidays approach, but we have been working on the next few chapters and plan to have them out by the new year.
I hope any of you struggling with finals find means to study while taking care of yourself, and to those who don’t need to worry can spend plenty of time with family!
