Hi all, I am SweetAmara,
I'm from Southern Australia. I am a huge fan of quirkiness, cynicism and self-deprecating humor. I love literature, every kind you could possibly imagine, from Peter Pan to The Fault in Our Stars. They all enthrall me, the only genre I am weary of is that of the supernatural variety, and even then if you nag me enough I'll read it all the same. I am a huge Disney fan, it goes beyond an obsession. I love well-told stories, I love telling stories and I just love the feeling of having a pen in my hand, letting all my feelings rush out onto paper... or Microsoft Word as the case maybe.
My favourite show of all time is Veronica Mars, I started watching when I was ten years-old, staying up way past my bedtime to watch it in secret. Even now that I am almost twenty, I still am filled with overwhelming joy and fits of giggles, everytime I sit down to watch an episode. Like I've never seen it before. Rob Thomas sure knew what he was doing. I adore shows like Gilmore Girls, Hart of Dixie, Gossip Girl, Downton Abbey and Revenge. While some may say they're just "chic-flic" tv shows, I have to say I love and while they could never replace Veronica, they still have a special place on my shelf.
I'm kind of obsessive compulsive, not in the nice clean sense; but I believe there is a "right way" to do things, my family find it amusing when I am moved at the dinner table and almost in tears. What can I say? I like my spot. I am currently doing a writing degree at university and will hopefully be going on to teach high school students. I know, I know, I can already hear the chorus of "But why?" and "Goodluck with that."
